Home Works Now installed a Generac 22kW Guardian Series generator in my new home. The price was fair and reasonable (I had gotten 6 estimates from other companies).
Since this is a high-ticket item for any home, I took my time and did my research in choosing companies to call and meet with. There was no doubt in my mind that after meeting James Wind, the owner of Home Works Now, and discussing his proposal, that he would be hired for the install. James is genuinely honest and was responsive from start to finish. He answered all of my questions and took the time to explain the generator functions and install process.
No other company owners met with me personally to discuss proposals.
Each and every one of Home Works Now highly skilled tradesmen who were involved in the installation did a thorough and professional job. Attention to detail was superb. Each county inspection passed with no code issues whatsoever. The generator was installed alongside a 4 Ton AC compressor and a mini-split. The entire area on the side of my home upon completion is neat (they even painted the slab to match my house), organized, fully functional and all within code. I would not hesitate one minute to hire Home Works Now for ANY contractor services.
They provided friendly competent service explaining all aspects of their craft. They willingly discussed options and adjusted according to our needs. This is ideal service!
